Points to remember:
- Melt 75g white chocolate in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water, or use a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
- Mix 25g puffed rice cereal with the melted white chocolate then add a dash of yellow food colouring, if you like. Grease 6 eggcups with spray oil and line with cling flim. Press the cereal mixture into the prepared eggcups then twist the ends of the cling film to seal. Chill 30 mins then unwrap and decorate with coloured fondant or writing icing if you like. Cling film can be washed and reused.
